In 2007, Michael Argier joined the Resort and Gaming Group of Colliers International – Las Vegas as an associate and partner, and with his invaluable expertise, the group has closed more than $3 billion in transactions. He is responsible for researching valuations, transactions and developments in order to create extensive market reports and land value analyses for the group and its clients. He conducts market research to evaluate and track developed and undeveloped sites throughout Las Vegas, as well as evaluate local, national and international real estate trends and buyer segments. He also generates pro-forma-based lease and asset analyses, financial model review and preparation.
Michael manages the web presence and marketing materials on projects. He has rebuilt and expanded the group’s database and developed relationships and made key contacts with major companies and institutions, financial groups, large scale investors and influential people in Las Vegas, as well as throughout the country and the world.
A native of Las Vegas, Michael has watched the city transition through several phases, from family-themed hotels to cosmopolitan mega-resorts to the current urban high-rise developments in the resort and suburban areas of the city. Michael brings historical knowledge and a creative, future-oriented vision to the constantly evolving Las Vegas real estate marketplace. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego, and he is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson in the State of Nevada.
Michael Argier sits on the board of the Links for Life Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for disadvantaged children in Southern Nevada. He also has donated time and resources to the Lili Claire Foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation and Par for the Cure, a non-profit organizations that supports breast cancer research.
