Along with the other Stilley team members, Michael represents and leases major office projects totaling more than 2 million SF, including Hughes Center, The Arroyo, Greystone Office Park and Westcliff Tower.

Business and Educational Background
In 1993, Michael graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and an emphasis in Constitutional Law. Working in Southern California for institutional clients such as The Irvine Company, Majestic Realty and PM Realty Group, Michael developed a strong background in leasing, asset management and construction management. After spending time with Davis Partners, LLC in Newport Beach in which he focused on leasing property for a pension fund advisor, Michael relocated to Las Vegas in 2005 where he oversaw leasing and acquisitions for FKC Properties, Inc.’s 750,000 SF Nevada portfolio.
