Taber Thill joined Colliers International in 2001 and currently heads the Tenant Representation Division. The Tenant Representation Division offers our clients unparallel service, in the negotiations of their commercial real estate needs by utilizing market knowledge, experience and true fiduciary responsibility. The Tenant Representation Division exclusively represents Tenants/Users thus eliminating conflicts of interest with Landlords/Owners. Thill’s tenant representation list include Pulte/DelWebb, Las Vegas Sands, MGM/Mirage, CenturyLink, Las Vegas Sands Corp; Wynn Resorts, Raytheon , Nevada State Bank, Amica, Clear Wirless, Amazon, and WestStar Credit Union, to name a few.

Thill is currently on the Advisory Board for Links for Life and a member of Sun Angel Foundation, Arizona State University’s student athlete program. In addition, he also is a member of NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada, and has achieved the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
