Located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Las Vegas, Mountain View Industrial Park (Park), owned and controlled by Kapex, LLC (Company) located on the Northeast side of Las Vegas, Nevada. The Company owns approximately 3,250 acres of industrial land, lying just to the west of the I-15 and U.S. Highway 93 junction. Of these 3,250 acres, approximately 2,200 acres are lowland property, ready for development, and approximately 1,000 acres consist of hillside land, with slopes of 15% or more. The Park is within a five-hour drive to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. Due to the assembly of large parcels, location to major transportation nodes and proximity to a large labor market, the Park offers access to a regional market for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial uses.

The Park continues to be tailored towards the industrial market, which includes distribution, manufacturing, assembly, research, development, and flex-space. Although originally designated to be a heavy industrial park, current conditions mandate that less intense uses be the primary focus. Additionally, anticipated zoning changes will allow commercial and retail support facilities to be located along the high visibility main entrance road, Grand View Parkway.
