Construction Features
Foundation and Footings: Reinforced concrete slabs
Exterior Walls: Exterior walls are predominantly concrete tilt-up panels and include some decorative stucco type exterior finish. The front, or northern main building elevation and a portion of the east and west main elevations, include storefront type improvements or curtain type walls with dual pane glazing set in metal frame.
Roof Finish: The roofs are generally flat, with built-up composition finish over metal constructed joists and metal decking.
Doors and Windows: Doors and windows include anodized glazing set in metal frame. Storefront type curtain walls are improved along the showroom and main sales area. The service, repair, and vehicle delivery center utilize multiple roll-up metal constructed auto/service doors. Exterior passage doors are both glass/aluminum and metal solid core. Interior doors are a combination of metal and wood.
Construction Detail – Interior
Walls and Ceilings: Interior walls are predominantly painted, taped and textured drywall over metal interior frames. Interior ceilings are predominantly dropped acoustical ceiling tiles, set in metal “T” bar grid and also include painted, taped and textured drywall finish. Some ceilings are unfinished through to the rook/metal structures. Ceramic tile type wainscoting is also included within selected interior finished walls, particularly in the public and private restrooms.
Floor Coverings: Finished floor coverings include a combination of terrazzo marble ceramic tile, commercial grade carpeting, some vinyl treatments, and treated concrete slabs in the non-public areas.
Heating and Cooling: Heating and cooling in all areas under roof is provided by multiple central refrigeration units.
Plumbing: The property includes numerous public and private restroom facilities. Further, plumbing for pressurized air and water is also included within the service and repair area portions of the larger building. The property includes two employee related break rooms or lunch rooms. |
