Area of Expertise Mike Mixer is Managing Partner and co-founder of the Colliers International Las Vegas office, the leading full-service commercial real estate firm in Southern Nevada. An expert in the resort and gaming market, Mike’s expertise has been used by many of the top development and investment firms throughout the world. Mike has been a dominant force in the company’s success in all aspects of the real estate business and has consistently been ranked one of the top three brokers at Colliers International with billions of dollars in real estate transactions. Business and Educational Background Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Investment Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He began his career in the Resort/Gaming field in 1987 as a casino marketing specialist, working for Steve Wynn at the Golden Nugget Hotel. Mike began his Commercial Real Estate career in Las Vegas in 1988 with a firm that built and owned numerous office, retail, and resort projects throughout Southern Nevada and California. In 1993, Mike combined his knowledge and experience to form Stuart Mixer Commercial, (now known as Colliers International Las Vegas). Mike currently leads the firms’ Resort & Gaming and Hotel Services Group focusing primarily on existing hotels, resort hotel projects, gaming properties, mixed-use and redevelopment sites in and around the Las Vegas resort corridors and the University District. He has represented notable clients such as MGM MIRAGE, The Related Companies, American Nevada Corporation, Wynn Resorts and Morgans Hotel Group. Mike is continually sought after for his knowledge and experience in the continuing evolution of the Las Vegas resort corridor, particularly among an increasing international client base. Mike serves on the Colliers International Governing Committee (CIGC), which oversees the Colliers International brand on a global scale. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Colliers Parrish, a collection of 9 Colliers offices in the Western United States, and is a past Chairman of the Colliers USA Board. As Managing Partner for the local Las Vegas office, he continues to provide seamless guidance and stability for the firm and its brokers.

In 2007, Michael Argier joined the Resort and Gaming Group of Colliers International – Las Vegas as an associate and partner, and with his invaluable expertise, the group has closed more than $3 billion in transactions. He is responsible for researching valuations, transactions and developments in order to create extensive market reports and land value analyses for the group and its clients. He conducts market research to evaluate and track developed and undeveloped sites throughout Las Vegas, as well as evaluate local, national and international real estate trends and buyer segments. He also generates pro-forma-based lease and asset analyses, financial model review and preparation. Michael manages the web presence and marketing materials on projects. He has rebuilt and expanded the group’s database and developed relationships and made key contacts with major companies and institutions, financial groups, large scale investors and influential people in Las Vegas, as well as throughout the country and the world. A native of Las Vegas, Michael has watched the city transition through several phases, from family-themed hotels to cosmopolitan mega-resorts to the current urban high-rise developments in the resort and suburban areas of the city. Michael brings historical knowledge and a creative, future-oriented vision to the constantly evolving Las Vegas real estate marketplace. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego, and he is a licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson in the State of Nevada. Michael Argier sits on the board of the Links for Life Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to raising and distributing funds for disadvantaged children in Southern Nevada. He also has donated time and resources to the Lili Claire Foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation and Par for the Cure, a non-profit organizations that supports breast cancer research.

Area of Expertise As operations manager for the Colliers International – Las Vegas’ Resort & Gaming Group, Sonia Kelly facilitates activity in every phase of the group’s real estate transactions, from initiation to completion. A true leader, Sonia is responsible for escrow management, listings management, client and investor relations and asset management. Some of Sonia’s duties and expertise include the preparation of internal documents, correspondence with title companies and funding coordination, title report review and remediation. She also prepares owner’s reports, directs the marketing and advertising of the group’s properties, conducts due diligence on all acquisitions and serves as the manager for acquisitions, dispositions and development projects. Sonia’s expertise and continued dedication has led to the successful closings of $3 billion in transactions of the Group’s most notable and complex clients. Business and Educational Background A resident of Las Vegas since 1994, Sonia holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Sonia began her real estate career in 2002, working for the top commercial escrow team in the Southwest region of the United States. She quickly became known for her ability to mediate between buyers and sellers, particularly in high-profile transactions. Sonia’s proficiency in title matters enables her to assist clients in understanding issues which may be affecting a property and ultimately finding the best method for remediation.
