  • Single story, freestanding steel beam and wood frame structure with stucco exterior. Based on plans by Swisher & Hall AIA, Limited, the Main Clubhouse is approx. 19,487 sf and includes: pro shop, restaurant and lounge area, administrative offices.
  • Restaurant seating capacity of 250 and outdoor seating capacity for an additional 90 on a patio.
  • The adjoining 2-story Squire club was developed in 1998. It consists of 18,000 sf and includes: pro shop, grill, lounge area, banquet room with seating for up to 200 people and second floor corporate offices.

  • Combined capacity for banquets of 600.
  • Kitchen and related facilities shared by both facilities.
