Water Provision Agreement
- Term of the Agreement shall be fifty (50) years commencing on December 8, 1997.
- City shall supply effluent through the Distribution System to the Storage Facilities at a rate (“Base Rate”) of twenty-five cents ($.25) per thousand (1,000) gallons.
- On each “Anniversary Date” of the Completion Date, City shall have the right in its sole discretion to increase the Base Rate at an increment not exceeding the lesser of
- Any percentage increase in the City’s sewer rate; OR
- A percentage equal to the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all Urban consumers, all items, U.S. City Average (1982-1984 equals 100) published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
- For purposes of calculating any subsequent increases to the rate, percentage increases to the sewer rate and CPI shall be calculated from the Anniversary Date that the last rate increase became effective to the then current Anniversary Date.

- Rainbird Cirrus System - Central Controlled (maintenance office). Approx. installed 2003
- Course is 100% effluent water provided by CC sanitation district and City of Las Vegas. 100% from Vegas Valley Road treatment plant. No potable for greens and tees.
- Main effluent line from Vegas Valley Treatment Plant is 10"
- Pump house has 4 pumps and 2 fertigation tanks
- There are approx. 3 irrigation boxes per hole – Rainbird
- Heads are spaced 65' throughout course
- Greens are all looped
- Irrigation heads are Rainbird 700 series
Lakes/Water
Irrigation Plans:
- Only plans available are from the late 1990's from course when it was 54 holes, late 1990's.
- There are new plans for holes #7, 8, 9 & 10.
There are a total of 7 lakes on property:
- Lake on #18 is the main intake lake for filling from water plant, then gravity fills to #1.
- #1 lake is interconnected to gravity fill lakes on #5, #7, #8, #12, #16/#17. The clay valve for #16/#17 is electric that is operable and fills this lake automatically when needed.
- #1 lake is the only lake used for irrigation, all other lakes are cosmetic and used for drainage.
- There are several 2" main lines for potable to the clubhouse. Potable is only used for clubhouse use and surrounding landscap
